Well, I did it. I broke down and bought something expensive. I really hate spending money. Seems like there is never enough, and yet I'm not in danger of being out in the streets or nothin if I do spend some...

In February there was a chance of him being able to come and stay for about 3 weeks since training had been put off, but thanks to a certain staff sgt taking too long to arange things, he didn't get to.

Then we were planning on me being able to go and visit him during spring break, but tickets cost over $900!! Way too much, so that got cancelled.

Then he wanted me to come and see him over easter weekend becuase he gets an extra couple days off for the holiday, but ends up he'll be on duty that weekend and not allowed to leave base!!

So we talked about it, and decided I'll go to visit him a different weekend. I got my tickets on priceline...not a bad deal actually. But I didn't get to choose my times, so I Friday's turned out being good, but Sunday I am supposed to leave by 5am! Awful. I'm going to call the airline and see if I can get the time changed, but that usually calls for more money, so we'll see about that.
