OK!

Joycelynn and I had this brilliant idea to go and raid lydwin's storage unit. We were thinking, hey! A dvd player, movies, big tv and antenna, vacume, mop, everything! Let's go!

SO we set out very optimistic. I call Lydwin on the way becuase really we had no idea where we were going. He had to go to formation, so I got a quick, head down the big road to milton freewater, turn before the sda church, when you see a y road follow to the right its the first driveway.

Ok, sounds easy enough...NOT!

We passed the sda church, had to go back (that was a long process due to the road divider etc...no easy u-turns) then there was NO Y in the road. We began to follow every freaking road looking for a driveway that might possibly lead to some storage units. Nope...nothin. I'm calling Lydwin and he's not answering. Getting annoyed.

Finally we head back to where we came from. Joycelynn saw some storage units at the very beginning. We went back...wrong ones. I decide to turn around in a church parking lot. In one driveway, notice a car following us...head straight to the out driveway...car still following us...this is weird. I stop to make sure there is no traffic and the car swerves around us and tries to hit the side of my car near the front wheel. I look over, freaked out, there is this scary guy just grinning HUGELY at me. I scowl at him, swerve the other way, around him and out of the driveway fast as I can. Ugh.

We start taking every road until finally we get to one that sorta slants off (this was the Y...very funny Lydwin). Then we look at the driveways, not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, in fact I don't even KNOW how many down we finally found a driveway that looked like it was going to somebody's house that ended at a gate...that was the very gate to the units.

There is a combination lock on the gate. Calling lydwin for the combo, still not answering. I begin to try every combo I can imagine it being. And just when I am getting aggrivated, I shake the lock and it OPENS! *cheer* we were very excited.

So we went to the unit, expecting to find the grand prize!! What we found was a LOT of dust.

Finally got ahold of lydwin...no help. After assuring me there was a vacume in there somewhere, Joycelynn and I dug around and climbed on everything looking for it, but found nothing. Finally Lydwin remembers taking it home to his parents house. Nice.

Then the search for the DVD player. Nothin... he swears its there, but I assure you, IT IS NOT.

However, we did get a bunch of movies, a TV, mop, broom, big garbage can, dryer sheets, candles, founds TONS Of pics of Lydwin and I from the last 5 years (awww...memories), and tennis rackets!! Still a score :D

Now we're back, a little afraid of strange men is big white cars, and filthy dirty still choking on dust, but back, and with lots of goodies!
